These are the people who are committed to making Pow Wow possible and creating resources to help teach children about health and well-being!
Caroline trained at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and worked as a professional actress/performer for many years. Caroline’s desire to motivate children in a creative way started not long after adopting her son. This life changing experience led to working with children in many schools, in and around London. It was obvious to her, when children are happy and motivated, they learn. This is what drives Caroline to create music, workshops and stories.
Gary runs gmmaudio, a small recording and production studio in South London. He has over thirty years of experience in the music industry, playing in bands, writing songs, producing and engineering. Gary wanted to deliver quality music/songs for children. After all, why should adults have all the best music! Whether it’s songs/music related to Super Food Heroes Workshop or our Pow Wow Children’s CD, we love creating music which the whole family will want to listen to. Check out gmmaudio.co.uk
Amrina is the illustrator and designer for Pow Wow Academy. She graduated with a BA Honours in Graphic Design from the University Arts of London.
Amrina is motivated to make a difference for children, as she experienced mental health issues as a child. Therefore she is passionate about using her art to connect with children; creating resources which help them to explore feelings in a safe way and to bring about change for future generations.

“I wish I had this when I was a kid. I wish adults tried even a little, when they could tell I wasn’t okay. It could’ve saved me a lot of pain.”
